Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition and original packaging
• All original tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@chiccaps.com. Our team will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Subjective Dissatisfaction

Returns or refunds are not supported for orders based solely on subjective dissatisfaction, including but not limited to personal preferences, change of mind, or expectations that differ from the product description displayed on our website.

As long as the item is delivered correctly, matches the product description, and is free from defects or damage, it will not be eligible for return or refund due to subjective opinions.

Non Returnable and Non Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Perishable goods
• Personal care items, including beauty or hygiene products
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers
• Sale or final clearance items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

ChicCaps does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product following the approved return process and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union Customers – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still meet all standard return eligibility conditions:

• Unused and in original packaging
• All tags attached
• Proof of purchase included

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received at our return center and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds:

• Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
• Contact your bank for additional information

If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@chiccaps.com. We are here to assist and resolve the issue promptly.

• Shop App purchases:
  Orders placed through the Shop App are final and cannot be canceled once submitted. All orders are processed immediately to ensure fast fulfillment and shipping. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
• Direct purchases on ChicCaps.com:
  Orders placed directly through our website may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will enter processing and cannot be stopped.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
