Orders placed through the Shop App are final and cannot be canceled once submitted. All orders are processed immediately to ensure fast fulfillment and shipping. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase. -
Direct purchases on ChicCaps.com:
Orders placed directly through our website may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will enter processing and cannot be stopped.
Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
