As long as the item is delivered correctly, matches the product description, and is free from defects or damage, it will not be eligible for return or refund due to subjective opinions.

Orders placed directly through our website may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will enter processing and cannot be stopped.
Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
